Does it keep running when I close the app?
Yes. The timer continues in the background and sends a notification when each step ends.
Does it work with the screen locked?
Yes. Timing continues during screen lock.

Can I use it as a simple single-step timer?
Yes. With a single step, it works as a simple timer that notifies you when time is up.
How do I skip to the next step?
Tap the skip button on the timer screen.
How do I repeat part of a routine?
Use the Group Repeat feature to group steps together and set the number of repetitions.
Sound & Alerts
How do I change the alert sounds?
In Alert Settings, you can choose the sound type (beep / chime / bell / click / silent) and vibration pattern for each timing — step transition, countdown, and completion. Use the test play button to preview.
Does the sound play in silent mode?
Alert sounds follow your device volume. To disable sound, set the sound type to "Silent" or use vibration only in Alert Settings.
